central location, great staff
helpful staff perfect location secure parking
the staff members were very helpful and available when needed. the hotel's location is perfect, situated near attractions like the art gallery. i appreciate secure parking and the ability to leave my car there for a week.
the hotel is a little dated, yet undergoing refurbishment.

breakfast provided a decent service! i enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning. the bar area is good and i had a relaxing time in the bar each night.

wi-fi is available and reliable throughout the hotel! a fan was provided in the room, which helped with the heat. i found the secure parking especially useful, as it added to my peace of mind.

the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions. martina at the bar is great! she were really good too assist me. the gentleman at check-in was also helpful !

peeling paint tv reception
The room i got was not great. the peeling paint was visible and quite distracting. the bathroom was very small with no space to hang anything. We loved the pool. but the tv reception was also poor, so i could barely watch anything in the evenings.

central location friendly staff fresh items
i found the location very central, a short walk to shops and the marina. staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and had a comfy bed. breakfast offered a nice selection of fresh items.
some minor refurbishments were ongoing .

the reception provided easy check-in and check-out. staff readily assisted with directions and local information. the team's positive attitude really contributed to a cute environment (i appreciated this a lot).

poor drainage bathroom mould
the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. the shower didn't drain properly, so water pooled. there wasn't a safety mat either, so the floor felt slippery. i also noticed some mould in the bathroom (probably needs better ventilation).
